Mechanic was on time. I Didn't realise that they don't have tech2 so was unable to say what the problem was but instead to go to a main dealer. £60 seems a bit to much for no real diognostics. I dont blame the mechanic as he did all he could.

Andrew and and Joseph delivered good customer service and did a terrific job even prior to their arrival, there were courteous with their time keeping and arrived promptly. They were efficient with repairing the windscreen mirror and were generous enough to deliver an extra casing for the mirror.

Volkswagen Transporter T5 Starter motor replacement

The mechanic was great. On time with great communication. Unfortunately during the starter motor removal one of the studs holding the starter motor on sheared which is an inherent risk on 10 yr old motors but obviously coloured my view as I now have to factor in getting the stud removed which involves dropping the gearbox.
