These guys came all the way out to Sussex. They were friendly, punctual and kept me informed with their arrival time on the day. Once arrived they fitted the new brake pads in no time and explained the work they had done. Price was exactly as quoted too. Wouldn’t hesistate to use again and highly recommend.

The mechanics arrived before the scheduled time, which was great! However, I ordered the full service and they only spent 30 minutes on the car. I thought it would have taken a lot longer than that. They advised on some repairs needed to the car, but after being left unsure of what to think of the service, I sought help elsewhere, which is a shame really as Click Mechanic is quite easy to use. After a family friend replaced the faulty parts for me, they pointed out some aspects the mechanics missed on the service - hinges not being greased etc. I think I'll stick to help from someone I know in future.
