Picked up car and fixed fine - however car was misdiagnosed and the dealer just fixed the apparent issue without speaking to me about the actual issue, just poor communication

Really impressed with service, raised request for new spark plugs at 10pm night before bank holiday. Job accepted for 8am to 10am slot, they rang to say part delayed (it was Good Friday and request only made night before), but then they came 11am, very friendly service, changed spark plugs and car drove smoothly to Somerset and back.

Friendly staff and I'm happy with the services. And hopefully use them again

Picked up the car nice and early. Gave me good advice on what additional items had to be repaired and delivered back to me.

Overall, it was good service.

Complete lier basically told me my car was leaking oil all over the place. Then sent pictures of under the car which wasn’t even my car. Obviously doing all this to get more work. Paid another garage to carry out a full inspection. To top it off had loads of change in the car & £2 was missing from when his driver took it & dropped it back off. Please please avoid
