MLI engine warning light turned on on day 1, wheels not aligned (steering wheel needs to be to the left to drive the car straight), interior central light both front and rear don’t work, driver’s seat window button for right rear window doesn’t work, usb port doesn’t work, phone cannot be connected via Bluetooth, when turning completely the steering wheel and moving forward slowly there is big ‘clong’ ‘clong’ noise coming from front side. Not happy with the pre-purchase inspection as non of that was detected.

He was 4-6 hours late.
His work was fine although the conclusion was not. New engine required!

Kaz was friendly and went out of his way to be informative and helpful. He carried out the work over a weekend in difficult weather - when he couldn't find a working car wash because they were all frozen up, he washed my car by hand himself. I hadn't paid for this service and thought it was a lovely gesture. Kaz did the work necessary to get the car through the MOT at a reasonable price - I was very pleased with the service and will use Kaz again.

Saving me hundreds on pounds

Kaz did a great job with my battery replacement. He was punctual, friendly and efficient.

I had a very bad experience with the service. The mechanic had not done following things which has caused significant amount of issues to my car.

The mechanics didn’t replace the air filter.
The engine oil cap wasn’t fitted properly which caused the engine oil leak. The next day after the service the car showed low oil, I got afraid and took it to my nearest garage and checked that the oil was very very low in the engine and then I called Kaz and went to his garage straight and upon going Kaz told that he did interim service and not changed the air filter, he also accepted that the oil filter wasn’t fitted properly which caused leakage. He then added oil and fitted it properly and replaced air filter.

This was so risky and this could have damaged my car completely due to such careless behavior of mechanic. I choosed ClickMechanic for hassle free service not such risky service which is so unreliable

Additionally, screen wash is not topped up, and hatches were not greesed, service notification wasn’t resetted, proper report on brakes, timing chain and so on wasn’t provided, air filter wasn’t replaced and a lot more checks and top ups were not carried out.
