Kaz was really polite and communicated well. Although nobody turned up to pick up my car at the agreed time slot, as soon as I contacted Kaz he sorted it out and came out himself to collect it.

Kaz was brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable. He had trouble sourcing the component so there was a big delay in collection and repair but he kept me informed and it was all sorted the same day. Nice guy, great service.
