While I was overseas, my car’s MOT had expired – which was the first problem. The second problem? The car was parked at Heathrow Terminal 5, and I was in the USA.
Kaz provided an exceptionally efficient and professional service. He coordinated with the airport car park staff, collected my car from Heathrow, arranged the MOT, and returned it—all within 24 hours.
We confirmed everything over the phone, and Kaz kept me updated throughout with photos and videos of the car at each stage: collection, MOT, and return.
In my experience, it’s rare to receive such outstanding service, and I truly appreciate everything he did to assist me in these circumstances.
