Was meant to have received a full service which includes top-up of wiper fluid. Driven the car once since then and have ran out of wiper fluid. Makes me wonder what else was not done in all honesty .... I am also missing my touch up paint with the box found in the footwell so theres that.

booked a diagnostic inspection in 2 hour slot 12pm til 2pm when I didnt have clients. The mechanic came 3pm and stayed 45 mins. He did a test drive and filmed a short video showing an oil leak. He refused to speak to my warranty company to tell them what the problem was and refused to give an inspection report saying I did not pay for a diagnostic report. I now have to go to a dealership and pay for a proper diagnostic before i can see whats wrong with my car. £85 down the drain and nothing to show for it but bad attitude and mechanic that wanted to be in and out and gone. He was out doing jobs today even though hadnt finished mine from yesterday. Appalling service so I will not be using click mechanic again based on this mechanic they allowed to use the service. Thank you for your unfair response.
I didn’t turn up late but actually attempted to contact you within the selected time slot at 13:24. However the contact number you had provided was incorrect. Despite this, I attempted to contact you via online messaging and so did Click Mechanic. You responded at 14:30 and I returned to do the job 20 mins later.
When you do get round to calling Porsche and dealing with these warranty companies, I think you will quickly realise that a 20 min same day call out is actually better than 99% of companies in the UK who take several hours even days or weeks before they have availability.
I also have evidence of me diagnosing your vehicle and explaining the fault to you on video and this was shared with you.
I also have proof that I sent you messages saying that I will provide you with a report and call your warranty company. This FREE offer of my time was purely out of the kindness of my heart and not included in the service you booked and paid for.
I later retracted this offer and said I wasn’t going to offer my additional time if you were attempting to claim a refund, despite the fact that I have diagnosed your vehicle and even provided a repair quote as well.
I am sorry you feel you didn’t receive the service you booked, but I can confirm that I did diagnose your vehicle.
I didn’t just tell you about an oil leak, I actually told you that you had multiple cylinder misfire and that this was due to the oil leaking on your ignition coils and spark plugs.
I went one step further and cleared all the fault codes, removing the fault light which you initially booked for.

Kaz was extremely helpful and very professional.
Kaz gave a very detailed inspection of my car using the diagnostic machine.
He took the time to explain the fault and left me a detailed report as to the work carried out.
I would highly recommend Kaz’s services. 10 out of 10.
Thank you, Kaz.

Kaz collected my car on time. I phoned because I hadn't heard back and I was told that the report is still being generated but my car failed the MOT.
I was sent over the report with 1 dangerous defect & several major defects.
I understood the dangerous defect and a couple of the major defects but I am not a petrol head.
I was told by Kaz that he could do all the repair work the same day but he just needed to check if all the parts were there. One part needed to be ordered and would be there at 16:00.
I was sent a quote which looked quite steep.
I was told no work would start without my consent.
I was at a work meeting at the time so we communicated via text message.
When I phoned back, I was told work had already started.
Kaz agreed to give me a 10% discount. I was told with the part coming at 16:00, it was possible that the car may not be ready by the same day but he did say he would keep me updated.
Come 18:15, when I phoned him, Kaz was at home. He stated he accidentally forgot to press the send button on the text to tell me the car wouldn't be ready.
He said he would have it ready by 14:00 the next day. I did ask him to keep me updated the next day.
Next day came & it was me chasing up again. Granted he must have been busy.
I received my car at 13:00 the next day with all the work done. Passed MOT.
But this is when things get very interesting.
I paid for the work directly to Kaz & not to his company because as he told me, he's self employed so my question is where is his garage? Who is liable if something goes wrong with my car (as my car was driving fine before this)? The receipt provided had no company name on it.
All these things for me are red flags.
Like I said, I'm not a car expert, I was shown a report of many faults & I needed my car to pass the MOT. But before I could give consent, work had started. Now any work could have been done because all the explanations given were very quick. I paid on receipt of my car because until that point, I had to have trust in the person fixing the car.
But the entire payment and receipt made me wholly suspicious especially when Kaz handed me the keys back & it had a key chain & I told Kaz, that is not my keychain but he said no, it is yours. Trust me, I know my keychain & that was definitely not mine.
So the reason for the long review is because mechanics use Click Mechanic and vice versa and therefore it is very important for Click Mechanic and the public to know the experience of a client in detail and how things done raise suspicion. Only time will tell if my car is truly fixed or if it breaks down.

Thank you for the Review Ajay.
I hope you are keeping well.
I apologise if you feel like this and this comes as a shock to me because when I dropped the car you were very happy and the text communication between us is very different to your review.
There are many texts between us and there were several calls too. You were kept up to date regarding your car and even provided with pictures which you have omitted from your report.
You also agreed that your wipers were smudging the windscreen. Passing or failing the MOT is not at our discretion but in accordance with VOSA guidelines
It would be unsafe and morally wrong for us to return your car in the condition it was in and put your and your family life at risk.
Im sorry if you feel unsatisfied with the service but the truth is many mobile mechanics are self employed. Also our name and branding is on our profile. We trade as Heathrow Recovery and you can see this.
This does not mean that you don’t have warranty or that you can’t come back to us. If you have an issue with any of the repairs we have carried out feel free to contact us and it will be resolved.
Thank you,
Kaz | Senior Manager
