Adam was friendly and efficient .After the seevice he went through everything with me .Couldnt fault

Adam was spot on. He phoned an hour ahead then again five minutes before arriving. New front springs fitted quickly and have had no issues since repair.

Mechanic was quick and did a good job. No complaints with their workmanship.

The worst experience I have ever had with any service industry in 30+ years.
Full of false promises with regard to timescales, communication was at best appalling and only when pushed, and at worst totally non responsive.
As for the level of workmanship, only time will tell as it was mostly internal.
Will NEVER use ADM Servicing again and would advise others to steer clear.

Met Gary eventually from SCS, Gary arrived the next day this was due to a mix up over times, mistakes occur we all make them, Gary had received the wrong part so when he attended first time he had to take it back and get the real part. It may sound like I am moaning but Gary was helpful, kind and did a good job and I would use them again. I like to use Click Mechanic for ease for mechanics who come to me.

Did a pre purchase inspection for me on a car I was keen on buying, was very professional and called me immediately with his verdict and emailed me a report .

Adam was a few hours late which was outside of his control..... very professional knowledgeable and understanding and did the work required to get my car back on the road in well under two hours

Very happy, very amicable chap, talked sense and diagnosed what I feared, which unfortunately makes me think I have to cut my losses on this car.

Really great guy very helpful, quick and friendly. Will definitely be using him for annual service and MOT and any other repairs that are needed (hopefully these will be few and far between !)
