Phoned to let me know he was running a bit late and then carried out the work efficiently. Very knowledgeable and friendly ... he even gave my daughters a step by step on how to change brake pads!!

Adam was very easy to talk to, some techs have a superior attitude but Adam was very approachable, apart from being a very skilled engineer. Got on and did the job and made me feel confident in his ability. Very satisfied and car now starts! After a year of standing, nice to hear it back on song.
