When we spoke to the customer when getting ready to leave that morning, the customer advised that is may only be a steering angle sensor fault , which was not on the original quote , the customer agreed that it would be a good idea to wait untill this extra part was delivered to us at lunch time , given this we obviously got to the job at a later time but with the customers approval
The car was diagnosed and fix swiftly
We even diagnosed another fault for the customer free of charge with good advice
