Jon was the consummate professional throughout. People are often defined by what they do when things go wrong (through no fault of their own). Sadly I can't properly comment on the quality of John's work (brakes) because I took advantage of your collection and delivery (C&D) service so, at the time of writing have not had the opportunity to drive the car other than parking it but, I have to say the chaps on the C&D service were great and John did ring me with and 'advisory' which I accepted and every thing went very smoothly.

Great service from start to finish. Everyone who I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They were very efficient during the collection and drop off service. They notified me of everything they did and I felt they were trustworthy.

The quality of the work was average, brake and coolant levels over filled were apparent..will wait to see how the other work done fares.
