My car was picked up at the time indicated and returned to me later that day. Very friendly, and the whole thing was very stress free

I was given a 2 hour appointment window between 12-2. Didn't get any live updates on the day for a precise time, mechanic arrived within schedule at 1.20pm to change the crankshaft pulley on my X3 in 35C degrees heat on my front drive. No messing about - mechanic took out the broken part, got out a brand new boxed part, fitted it and reattached the pulley belt all in 20 minutes. I took it for a spin round the block before he left - car drives normally again (fingers crossed). Never had my car fixed this fast before. Amazing. Mechanic was honest, said it was a common problem nothing to worry about and didn't try to invent new problems or sell me anything; I think he was too busy to hang around because he quickly got on his phone for his next job.

Jon and his team were very professional and its the little things that made the difference- friendly and helpful communication with Sam, prompt pick up by Jon, an MOT certificate provided in a plastic pouch and overall personable interaction. I had a defective door which I brought to Jon's attention, not expecting it to be fixed and was delighted that when the car was returned this had been addressed as well. Very pleased with the work as well- everything was explained to me prior to going ahead.
