The mechanic assigned to do the vehicle check was very attentive and great communication since I was unable to view the car myself he phoned me to check if there were particular checks I needed other than the prescribed checks done. This service was at least 50% cheaper than the RAC quote due to the age of the car which exceeded 10 years old....not something RAC declare on their website only when you try to book.
