I have been in the trade for over 38 years, and I have served my time as opposed to going down the academic route. I was originally involved with the Hometune franchise for a number of years before the franchise dissolved. As part of a co-operative a number of people set-up another franchise called Tune Up and that existed for a number of years before everyone went independent and I turned my branch into a limited company and has been trading as Tune Up Ltd (South West) since 2011. At Tune Up Ltd (South West) we deal with a number of lease hire contracts and this is the bulk of our work, however we also deal with traditional customers who have issues with their vehicles.
