Well, my car no longer rattles so that must be good. I only gave 4 stars for punctuality as it reflects reality but it wasn't their fault as they got caught in traffic. They were always letting me know what was occurring and so it was no issue.

Sceptical at first, but pleased with the work carried out and price quoted. Will definitely use the service again. Unfortunately, one of the vans broke down which led them to them being slightly later than planned, however they did complete the work before I required the car to drive.

Apologies on the wrong part been supplied in the first place. Unfortunately these things are beyond are control as we order things from a registration and rely on 3rd party sources to source the parts and given where a mobile service we have to then collect the parts again when supplied wrong which throws out our whole day! However I’m glad your van is fixed 😊

MINI Mini Car Won't Start Inspection

Firstly came 2 hours early I had been on nights so I had only had 2 hours of sleep.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the click mechanic service or what but all I was told that it's an electric fault. Maybe I misunderstood the service but what I want and expect from the £80 is someone to come tell me what's wrong and this is a quote to fix it.

Hi!
In terms of the diagnostic, we have to charge for our time. If it was a mechanical fault and couldn’t diagnose through our own fault it wouldn’t be charged, but given you have a fault with the electrics this is not a mechanics job but in fact an auto electrician.
We can’t drive a 2 hour round trip and not charge for our time given the fault is not a mechanical fault as explained at the time.
