The mechanic quickly found the problem after about 10mins
He told me it was the throttle body
And a sensor was at fault and he would obtain the parts and return to fit them
He said his boss Dylan would contact me with the price and day to return
The only contact I got from Dylan was sorry we cannot do this repair
So they took my £64 for ten mins work
And still a broken car
Won't be going back to this company

No you’ve payed for a diagnostic. We diagnosed the problem with the car. Just like you we are unaware as to what the problem is until we get there. The reason we couldn’t do the job was simply we was unable to get parts.

It was efficient. It didn't take even one hour but charged for two hours. That's the only downside.

Yes taken 1 hour between 2 fitters. Each fitter would be charged out at an hour each.
All jobs are done off ‘book times’ meaning that’s how long the job would take the average mechanic. Dew to our experience we are a lot quicker than the ‘average mechanic’ which is no reason to charge less for our work.
However I’m pleased your happy with the work.
