I was delighted with Andrei 's knowledge..I have had my car into a local garage twice and both times they had not been able to identify what was wrong with my car.
Although Andrei, hasn't been able to fix my car, he has identified what the problem is.
I will now go back to ClickMechanic to see if an Engineer will be able to come out and fix my car.

Andrei carried out work on a van we we are looking to buy so we were not present. His communication and reports have been great and no complaints from the seller about him. He also accepted the requested time /day quickly which was ideal.

Andrei was spot on. Called when he was on his way and clearly explained that the parts quoted on the system were wrong so there would be a slight price increase - was very open and showed me the new quote. Work was completed on time and to a high standard. Many thanks.

Andrei was great, he carried out a detailed inspection on a car I was interested in buying and found plenty of things to put me off that I would have missed myself. Potentially saved me a lot of money. Also responded to my messages very quickly. Highly recommend!

Perfect, punctual and clear communication right through. Job was finished within the time given.

Mechanic did not respond to my comms. Realised that I'd made a mistake with the booking so immediately contacted to change. Did not respond until I sent a chaser the next day. Asked for a more accurate approximation on the day to which he said yes. On the day I received no communication, I send a text 30 mins before the appointment asking what time he would be there as I live 20 mins from where the car was situated. Car was sold 30 mins into initial appointment time and I had still not heard from my mechanic. Upon telling him it had been sold he said he was on his way to the car. Its hard for me to verify this as he gave me no comms to say he was on his way despite saying he would do so.

I can't attest to the quality as he never did the work. However comms and punctuality were significantly below my expectations. Read more
