Andrei was fantastic, super quick and told me exactly what he thought was needed to resolve the problem as well as giving me some really great advice about things to keep and eye on going forward. Didn't make me feel silly or dumb for being a girl and not knowing what was wrong, just simply explained and made me feel much more confident with the repairs needed going forward - 10/10 service!

Andrei was friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the issue and completed the job booked for. He was able to advise me on further work that was required. He was very conscious about leaving everything clean and tidy.

Extremely knowledgeable chap - the repair work was carried out at my home. There were a few repair advisories which he also quoted for on the day I was able to pay online on the day & he also completed this extra work. Andrei worked very hard and kept me informed at all stages. Explained the damage to the old clutch showed me the item and made the comparison by showing me the new replacement item. He explained the work he was doing and notified me about the damaged flywheel which he also replaced.

Andrei was early and came in a car, which wasn't what I expected, but he had everything to hand and got on with changing my cambelt and water pump immediately. I felt for him as it was raining heavily and he was offered drinks, but refused. He completed the work, without any fuss in less than 3hours and invited me to check everything and take my car for a test drive, before he left. Cannot fault him.
