Arrived at 5.30 pm Sunday afternoon so within the time slot allocated
Took to the task straight away that was a clutch replacement on my caddy van came across a slight issue that was a bolt cross threaded so had to drill out no extra charge
Used genuine parts as well

Andrei was great, managed to get my car working, couldn't explain why it stopped, suggested it needed a software update from Skoda. He even offered to wait around whilst I took the car out for a test drive
