V, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, only 3 stars for punctuality because he had problems on a previous job, and I know in any engineering type of work the unexpected can happen, the job for me was completed ok on the day, into the dark. This guy is a good worker.

Andrei was great. He arrived early and was finished in just over 2.5 hours. Pointed out an oil leak on my car too, which I will get checked. Really courteous and friendly and my car drives like it is new again.
