Spot on found the issue and fixed it, explained what was wrong and told me how to fix if it happens again.

Excellent service diagnosed the problem quickly got a new part car fixed within a couple of hours.

Seemed very knowledgeable and certainly gave the van a good going over. Identified a fair few items needing attention , and was able to reassure us on the major parts of the van. He also offered advice on the potential issues with this van type in general and what to make sure it gets looked after.

Mechanic was 2 hours late the first day which we had paid a staff member over time to stay for, never bothered to call us we had to find his number and he couldn’t care less and couldn’t come in time that day so promised us he would be there at 8am sharp the next day to make up for it he didn’t turn up until 10am and even then turned up at the wrong address and didn’t want to find where we were when we were explaining it to him, massively inconvenient and ending up costing us more than the check cost in the first place.
