Andrei was great - knew what to do, knew some of the model intricacies, and despite some setbacks on the initial quote he got the job done as he said he would. Really good bloke!

No work was carried out. They mentioned what was wrong with the window but did not have any parts available to fix it.

Mechanic was very friendly but ultimately I feel I wasted £90+. I thought I was going to get a full diagnostic only to be told it's an electrical problem and I should take the car to an electrical specialist to find out the problem.

Quickly found the issue and was able to explain everything required to get it fixed. Would use again.
