Andrei rang to inform us he was running half an hour late, his current job had run over, he arrived when he said, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he plugged into the pick-up, cleared the faults, and advised what he thought we need to do next, would use ClickMechanic again and recommend.

Andrei and his colleague undertook the replacement of the clutch amazingly on the spot and professionally.

I can not fault Andrei. He was very punctual, very efficient and did an excellent job.

My only Criticism is with the quote generated by Clickmechanic. The job was quoted for 3-4 hours, but only took 2 hours. It would be fair if a refund was offered, should this situation arise. Clickmechanic really would be unbeatable for value and service!

Andrew did an amazing job, he was extremely quick and knowledgeable explaining that although the clutch has been replaced the slave and or master cylinder are also faulty and require replacing.

Andrei was punctual and very efficient and I am very happy with the whole experience and will definitely use again. Having the work carried out on the drive was very convenient.

Andrei was fantastic. Polite, good communication and I'm very happy with the work undertaken. He was delayed by traffic but let me know at every stage. He then replaced the clutch in my van which saved our trip. Not a small job but no complaints and a very late finish for him. Thank you!
