Nissan Juke Spark plugs replacement

Very friendly but although booked in to do various repairs, Caliper didn’t get done as didn’t have the part on the day. I wanted confirmation on parts for vehicle as they came back with 1.6L juke and I have a Juke Nismo. There is no option for Nismo in selecting the vehicle type. I received confirmation so was surprised they couldn’t do it but I’m still being charged the full amount. The car also came back smelling of cigarettes.

Thank you for your review on the work we carried out on your vehicle, as you remember I was in conversation with your self on a few occasions on that day.
As regarding refund I spoke personally to Click Mechanic my self and explained the situation with them and they were happily refunded the cost of the calliper which was £198.78 which I have the record, but we kept the Labour charge for checking the calliper and bleeding the brake fluid , As regarding to the smell of cigarette, I am still investigating the matter, because neither my self nor the driver who delivered you vehicle back smokes, but I hope you accept my deepest apology on this matter, thank you.

Homa was brilliant. He is a genuine, nice bloke. We were on a short break and due to have a few days out with the kids when my brakes started making grinding noises.
Homa came to collect car at 7am, did the work and had it back for 11. Brakes all fixed and gave it a check over to make sure everything else was good for journey home. Pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on, but nothing urgent. Made me feel like he is a genuine person as he could easily have told me more work was needed.
I wish I had someone I trusted this much nearer to home. Thanks to Homa and the team we are back on road enjoying our break.
