I did not meet the mechanic, but my chats on the phone with the garage were friendly and efficient. Chiefly, the worn-out clutch problem has been solved. Far better price than we would have got elsewhere. They also pointed out that brake pads were failing... who knew? And replaced these too. So ended up more expensive than hoped, but with a working, safer car.

We never like having to pay to get our vehicles fixed, however in all honesty I must say this is the most pleasant experience I've had getting my vehicle fixed in 40 years of motoring. W&M Motors Ltd, you are a credit to the motoring industry. Needless to say I will be using them again in the future.

Having fixed a service and MOT car to be picked up between 4.00 and 6.00 pm was surprised to get a call at 7.22 am that they were here to pick up the car (which i needed untill 4.00pm). They accepted the situation and returned in the afternnon to take the car but said it couldn't be returned till the next day. I had a message from them via you the next day about arriving at 7.30 the previous morning.
The Sevicing was very good and a couple of issues fixed. The MOTwas successful so no harm done. The driver was very cheerful and understanding about the communication problems. The garage was a long way from my home so I am surprised that the time of 4. 00 to 6.00 pm was selected. Read more

Booked an on-site work (oil change, spark plugs change and belt change, garage changed the booking it to be a collection instead and tried to come 1 hour earlier than booked (7AM), I have kindly requested to come at 8AM instead as I booked originally, and they have accepted my request. The mechanic collecting the car was very kind and polite, I have asked him to check also for a strange noise too while he was driving the car to the garage and ask the garage to have a look. The garage then called me and advised that they have found the issue generating the noise on a wheel part and that would cost me another 220, I have then accepted to carry out the additional work trusting the garage.
Then after a few hours, the car has was delivered by the same mechanic. The overall experience was very positive, and I will book from the same clickmechaninc garage in the future for sure. The only comment for both click mechanic and garage is the customer has no visibility of the parts installed in the car (model, brand, etc) , I wanted to know what Engine oil brand and viscosity level and filter has been used, and also the brand of the spark plugs and belt, the mechanics told me that all the info will be on the click mechanic site, but there are no such details and the description of the works carried out is very generic. The garage sent me back the parts removed in a plastic back as I have requested, but again no info about what has been installed into my car. A part that, a great experience overall. Read more

Very helpful and committed to the work needed to be done and did a little extra

The mechanic arrived promptly at 7.45am., the work was completed by 16.00 andy car returned to me by 5pm. The clutch works fine with no apparent problems, the price was considerably cheaper than I would have been charged in a registered Honda Dealer.
