Really bad experience. Always a worry with garages and all of them cane true here, was charged £129 for an MOT and an apparent investigation into a coolant leak that they didn’t find.

They returned the car to me with a major leak saying they couldn’t find anything and charged me anyway.

I’ve gone to another garage today and they found the issue within 30 minutes, with a torch and once over the engine. These lot seem to over rely on machines to do various tests (they kept going on about a pressure test) which is probably why they didn’t find the issue.

To add Insult to injury, excuses were offered (“ClickMechanic said it was X issue so that’s all we investigated”/“there couldn’t have been a leak when we checked, it must have appeared after”), I just wish they’d accepted they didn’t do a thorough manual check for the issue I told them about. ..a coolant leak.

Overpriced and poor quality. Disappointed, will be avoiding ClickMechanic generally too, seem to partner with poor services and have no customer service procedure to deal with these easily resolvable issues. Read more

Both collection and delivery men were very amiable. And the work seems to have been carried out efficiently. However…
Nowhere in the booking process was it made clear my car would be taken away. I even had to assure you my drive was flat and there was room for the repair to be carried out. The time booked was 10:00 to 12:00. A man arrived at 07:20. An email had apparently been sent the night before but, as often from an unknown address, had gone to junk. A phone call or SMS would have been a better way to communicate and ClickMechanic should reassess their booking system.

Very professional carried out the work in a timely fashion and accurately identified additional essential work that needed carrying out. Great communication would definitely recommend.

The mechanic and team at W&M Motors, NW10 6HJ were excellent. They rang me to clarify the situation, there was no exaggerating the job that needed doing, the work was turned around in hours, their workshop was spacious and safe, the clutch repair for my Fiat Punto was done to perfection with my gearbox working very happily. What’s more the managers had a great and winning sense of humour. A genuinely satisfied customer.
