Darren, was great. He phoned to let me know he was on his way.
Found the problem and even had it fixed (which I was not expecting) in just 20 minutes. He gave the car a good check over and took it out to check it was running ok.

Very happy, as I thought I was going to be without my car for a few more day and find walking difficult.

unfortunately my problem was not resolved as the mechanic said he could not hear the noise which is very annoying to say the truth

Darren was terrific. He was on time and gave my car a full service he che checked everything and reported to me that I needed a tyre and new break pads ! I have driven the car after the service and there is a notable difference ! I am very pleased.

Darren diagnosed the full issue very quickly after a short test drive. I am now much more confident about the work required. I’m sure this has saved me money in the long run with the ford main dealer wishing to do further investigation work for £350!
