Darren was a very nice chap and was very prompt, however his diagnosis was incorrect as it was in-fact a cable that had come loose. The car will be returned to me today having had the cable replaced. I had borrowed a car and was panicing over a potential huge bill. Whereas i'm quite relieved that i don't have a huge bill to fix the problem, i was told that a temporary repair could have been done which would have saved me lots of grief over the past 3 days, so obviously not to happy i have paid £54 and don't feel that it was worth it. I would like to speak to someone about a refund - Kind regards Marcus Crisp.

Darren, was great. He phoned to let me know he was on his way.
Found the problem and even had it fixed (which I was not expecting) in just 20 minutes. He gave the car a good check over and took it out to check it was running ok.

Very happy, as I thought I was going to be without my car for a few more day and find walking difficult.

unfortunately my problem was not resolved as the mechanic said he could not hear the noise which is very annoying to say the truth
