Karl was punctual and communicated to me when he was on his way. The work was carried out very fast and to a high standard. Karl himself was a very polite, and approachable person, who I would highly recommend to anyone. He didn’t push more sales onto me, even though my discs were a tad damaged from pads wearing away too much. He gave me the choice and checked that they was safe and not unroadworthy. This is something I value, after many may take advantage of this, and therefore push more repairs onto you when not completely necessary. Because of this, I would trust Karl to do more work on my car, knowing he will not rip me off.
The whole process, from start to finish, was very smooth and I am more than happy with this service. In fact, this was my first time using ClickMechanic, and I think in future, I will do this for all my jobs on my car! Less hassle and stress. Thank you so much :)

I have worked in the motor trade for 22 years since leaving school in 1998 and going straight into a mechanical apprenticeship. I have worked in most areas of the trade over the years including tyre fitting, roadside assistance, diagnostics and all areas of service and mechanical work on cars, vans and HGVS. I am a qualified mot tester. I decided to start my own company in November 2017 at which time I had a small garage that I worked in from time to time while also being mobile however decided at the end of 2019 I would be fully mobile and have been ever since .
I am a very honest, trustworthy, helpful and hard working person for who only the best customer service is good enough.
