Karl picked up the job quickly, even though it was out if normal working hours when placed. Communication was good with an ETA sent and kept to. I had a battery replaced and the car which had previously been dead was going within 15 minutes of his arrival.

I have worked in the motor trade for 22 years since leaving school in 1998 and going straight into a mechanical apprenticeship. I have worked in most areas of the trade over the years including tyre fitting, roadside assistance, diagnostics and all areas of service and mechanical work on cars, vans and HGVS. I am a qualified mot tester. I decided to start my own company in November 2017 at which time I had a small garage that I worked in from time to time while also being mobile however decided at the end of 2019 I would be fully mobile and have been ever since .
I am a very honest, trustworthy, helpful and hard working person for who only the best customer service is good enough.
