Great, honest chap. Would recommend him. Karl inspected all the breaks on the car and gave honest feedback about the condition of the pads. No replacement was required and he explained where the noise from the wheels may be coming from. Only charged for his call out. Remainder was reimbursed almost immediately. Great service.
