Karl was very communicative, making sure he had the right part before turning up, letting me know when he would arrive. and notifying me of potential extra work that might need doing In future and to look out for. He's very friendly and efficient.

Karl came to my house today. He text me this morning to advise what time he expected to arrive which was great so I could make sure I was here.
Karl was friendly and happy to be left alone to work as I was busy with my work.
