Karl was punctual and communicated to me when he was on his way. The work was carried out very fast and to a high standard. Karl himself was a very polite, and approachable person, who I would highly recommend to anyone. He didn’t push more sales onto me, even though my discs were a tad damaged from pads wearing away too much. He gave me the choice and checked that they was safe and not unroadworthy. This is something I value, after many may take advantage of this, and therefore push more repairs onto you when not completely necessary. Because of this, I would trust Karl to do more work on my car, knowing he will not rip me off.
The whole process, from start to finish, was very smooth and I am more than happy with this service. In fact, this was my first time using ClickMechanic, and I think in future, I will do this for all my jobs on my car! Less hassle and stress. Thank you so much :) Read more
