Andrew was so helpful. He was very honest about the work that needed to be done and explained the problems clearly. I would definitely ask Andrew to come back again. He had to return a second time as the part didn't work the first time (very frustrating for him I'm sure). As a woman you can sometimes feel fobbed off by mechanics but not by Andrew.
