Andrew was so helpful. He was very honest about the work that needed to be done and explained the problems clearly. I would definitely ask Andrew to come back again. He had to return a second time as the part didn't work the first time (very frustrating for him I'm sure). As a woman you can sometimes feel fobbed off by mechanics but not by Andrew. I have worked in the motor trade for 22 years since leaving school in 1998 and going straight into a mechanical apprenticeship. I have worked in most areas of the trade over the years including tyre fitting, roadside assistance, diagnostics and all areas of service and mechanical work on cars, vans and HGVS. I am a qualified mot tester. I decided to start my own company in November 2017 at which time I had a small garage that I worked in from time to time while also being mobile however decided at the end of 2019 I would be fully mobile and have been ever since .
I am a very honest, trustworthy, helpful and hard working person for who only the best customer service is good enough.
