Nick was brilliant. He probably wishes he’d never taken the call for my car, but I’m very glad he did. It turned out to be a bit of a mystery but Nick saw it as a challenge he was determined to crack and never gave up. He sorted everything for me, including getting parts from Germany and I am so grateful for his perseverance, tenacity and skill.
