The mechanic I had was Nikolay who turned up on time was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed the critical issue that Halfords had caused by not putting the coolant lid on correctly/properly when they passed it on an MOT 4 weeks ago it was good job I noticed the water level lever go to the top I called several garages but all said closed for Christmas Halfords who caused the dangerous issue in the first instance said they don’t do coolant I would have to contact a specialist. Having looked online Halfords do offer it they just didn’t want to do mine. Very pleased with ClickMechanic they put Halfords mess right. It’s great to get a mechanic on your driveway so convenient. Nic is a great person, knew what he was doing but it’s one of those situations where car needs a run, but impossible at moment as I’m in and out of hospital plus petrol situation so result is pending.

He was friendly and Knowledgeable. I know nothing about cars therefore I have to take Nikolay at his word. He diagnosed the car quickly that it needed a new engine and it was be costly therefore I should scrap it. I would definitely recommend him. However the 20 minutes I spent with Nikolay I find it hard to believe that my car that has no problem for two years has broke down for the first time and all of a sudden it’s dead. I looked after the car on my two years therefore I will get a second opinion. I hope that the next mechanic will give me the same advice otherwise I will be back in contact
