Nick is an extremely clear communicator and quickly focused his verbal report on the key issues that would determine purchase (or not) of the Nissan I am interested in. As well as showstoppers, Nick had also identified areas of concern that were pertinent for other products that were being promoted to me. Nick and ClickMechanic have given me insight i need to support decision-making, and gravity to use in discussion with the vendor that I didn't have otherwise. I'll seek out Nick again in the future.
