Kyriacos did very well. He called to say that the battery we ordered was arriving late so he would be late. He later called to change the date of fixing unless we wanted a more expensive battery. On insisting to wait for our original battery, we could not use the car until the next day. I suspect this is the fault of the system of ordering and booking batteries.

There was a long delay with a previous job which delayed the arrival time by 3 hours. I only discovered this when I called for an ETA. The quote for work seemed quite steep, so I managed to get a second opinion the following day. I was initially told that the thermostat had gone and was going to cost £300 to replace it. This was not true and just a deal had gone but to play it safe the hose has been replaced too. All for £150. Therefore cannot recommend anything about the experience. Will not be using again.

Firstly I did apologise for the delay and if got it wrong - that would be the first in a long time .
The quote is automatically done and not personally by me , and I will say that only recently I saved a customer £1750 by replacing a fuse rather than his air suspension pump - so unfortunately I was not ripping you off , more a error in judgement ( I am human ) and this can happen and I will say this - had I done the job it would gave re checked on the day and only the parts necessary would have replaced
This review you’ve given me maybe like 1 of 3 or 4 out of 3 k customers and of several hundreds reviews .

Saved me from having to travel miles to get the job repaired and did it in a timely manner. I could not get into main dealers for a minimum of three weeks and did not know whether the car was drivable or not and I depend on it.

Kyriacos was punctual, friendly and knowledgable - carried out the diagnostic check and gave me my answer straight away
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
