Kyriacos was great. Came early to inspect the car at a mutually convenient time. Reassuring diagnosis and highlighted potential other part that might have been affected. On day of the job, the part had not arrived so rearranged to convenient next earliest slot at the start of following week. Repair done quickly and car back on the road. All good. Given I couldn't move the car, it was great he was able to come to me and deal with it without the faff of recovery to a local garage.

Hi , sorry you wasn’t as happy as most of my clients, for this I can only apologise.
Nevertheless I fail to see how I could have improved on my service.
I explained what was necessary , spent over 1.5 hrs gathering all the prices on a longer list than originally booked for and sent you a quote through click mechanic.

Cannot stress enough how good Kyriacos is. He diagnosed the problem, got the repair sorted very quickly and constant communication and updates. His aftercare is also brilliant. He called to check in afterwards. When I highlighted an issue with the car (which may have not even been because of the repair work) he agreed to come and have a look the next day and resolved it within a few minutes. Many mechanics would have charged extra for the call out.

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
