Kyriacos was friendly. I am very happy with the work he carried out. There had been a problem getting the parts so there was a slight delay but I was kept informed at all times which I was grateful for.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The mechanic did not complete the job as agreed. They changed one brake light bulb but left the taillight unfinished (was more than aware that the drivers side taillight bulb had an issue). Despite saying they would return to complete the job because they needed to get a “special” bulb for a Fiat 500, Kyriacos ignored my follow-up message.

When I finally heard back, his response was rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to assist or acknowledge his incomplete work. The mechanic acted as if they had done nothing wrong simply because they completed a minor part of the task. I wish I could include screenshots.

What can I say, outstanding! Kyriacos knew exactly what the problem was straight away. He arranged for my car to be taken to his garage. He done the work quicker than was originally planned as he knew I needed the car for work. He kept me well informed of what he was doing, what he had done etc and the cost was a lot cheaper than originally quoted too! Kyriacos even took the trouble to drop my car off to me directly the next morning and at the time he said he would. (which is a fair few miles from his garage!!). Very friendly and trustworthy. Thank you Kyriacos to you and your team! Definitely recommend.
