Kieran turned a negative experience into a positive one.

My brakes were changed yesterday, but I did not drive the car until the evening, when I discovered a rubbing noise from the front drivers side wheel. I emailed the support line a around 7pm.

This morning at 8.30 I had a phone call confirming that someone would be with me between 10am and 2pm.

Kieran was here at 11am, he quickly sorted the problem and put mind at rest, he was polite professional and courteous. A real credit to the firm.

because of his experience I will definitely use you again.

The mechanic failed to tell me on…
The mechanic failed to tell me on arrival that he wouldn't be able to remove and change the oil/oil filter due to a damaged plastic nut on the underside. I would have thought an experienced mechanic would have been able to remove the filter in any case. Which means the full service which was agreed hasn't been carried out and he has still charged me £93 for labour. The dashboard service light still burns brightly too!
Also apparently a full service doesn't include checking the gear box level, so I am puzzled as to how they can can it a full service. I wonder what else they are leaving out? Yours a disappointed customer.

Good afternoon,

I am sorry to learn that you are not satisfied with the attendance we have made today.
The service is made up of a check list, for continuity reasons this is followed step by step on a practical basis. This meaning a good part of the service inspection was already conducted before the discovery of the damaged oil filter cap. Upon its discovery this was discussed with yourself and you have been provided a full estimate to put this right.
In reference to the service inspection light this was not reset as the service is yet to be completed.
I hope that you have had time to review the follow on estimate sent to you and look forward to you making a future booking in this regard.
