Very happy with the job and specially with the punctuality and communication. He called me when was on his way to let me know, which I appreciate a lot as the mechanic I hired last time left me down twice making stupid excuses.

Brilliant. I had booked for an alternator replacement, due to googling the issues and self diagnosing it. Westbourne Motors came out and within minutes had identified that the issue was wiring and not the alternator itself. They extended the wire and replaced the connection. It only took them a few minutes to do so. They checked that had resolved the issue and that the alternator was now charging the battery and that was that.
If it had gone off to a garage then they might have ended up replacing the alternator and charging for the time.
Instead it was a call out charge and a connector and came in at over £200 less than replacing the alternator would have been.

Excellent repair carried out to broken front car springs of my Fiat Abarth & in good time too. First class service from start to finish. 👍

Haven't yet driven the car after getting it back - however very friendly organisation and very punctual. Pickup and drop off service faultless. And they kept in contact when picking the car up, for any work that needs doing and when dropping the car back off.

It was freezing cold but he was on time, did the work well and explained everything to me, excellent

Great job and care taken to ensure sticky calliper was freed which caused uneven wear of pads.
