The guy turned up but didn’t have the right part or equipment so was unable to fix. I’m not really sure his fault as trying to diagnose the issue yourself to make the booking is hard. He did help me secure my exhaust with a couple of cable ties. A little unexpected to get hit with a £40 call out charge and zero fix happened. Should probably have just taken it to a proper garage where the could directly diagnose and fix. Not sure this service really works that well.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service, You had initially asked us to attend and replace the front pipe of the exhaust system, the defective part had been the catalyst meaning the initial part replacement request had been misdiagnosed by a third party and prior to any involvement from Westbourne Motors, we had offered you an amended price for the correctly diagnosed, defective part to be replaced, which you had declined. The reason for the call out fee owes itself to attending the vehicle on a mobile basis and correctly diagnosing the defective part.
