Great job by Westbourne all work was carried out on time at a good price and the vehicle was delivered back on time

Was happy with the carried out and the information he gave me, however the drive was covered in black break dust and rust where he had banged the discs out which was a little disappointing and I had to scrub and wash down the drive

Steve and his colleague were brilliant. They were friendly and Steve explained the work clearly. Part of the work was to replace brake discs and pads (required by MOT), and Steve questioned this, as there was little visible wear on them.
Quality of work was verified at MOT retest, where it passed.

Very happy with the mechanic. He rang ahead, very punctual, friendly, tidy job, quick. The only issue we had was that when we ordered the work to be done it didn't give enough options as the part wasn't like for like.
