The mechanic was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He fitted a new starter motor, which by all accounts this can prove to be a trIcky job, but he was really efficient.

Polite, on time no dramas, first time used and will be using this hassle free five star service again in the future.

Unfortunately after nearly three hours and a £65 bill for labour, the mechanic could not complete the work. Extra parts and work quoted so the job could be completed. The total quoted cost is now so close to the dealer quoted price I might as well use the dealer. The mechanic who attend was friendly and courteous. He was very apologetic that he could not complete the job.

The work was well done and efficiently carried out. Arrived a little later than the 12.00 I was promised but this was no problem, he did try to call me when he was on his way. Other than that I would definitely use these again.
