Shamshad was very polite and helpful. He phoned to let me know he was on his way to pick up my car and phoned to tell me that there was no problem with my car. He also advised me what to do should any more problems arise.

Shamshad was brilliant, courteous call before arriving. Had some extra work done at last minute and wasn’t a problem. Regular updates throughout the day, car was picked up in the morning a delivered back in the afternoon.
