Very friendly and completed the work on time. Everything is so far working and the car passed its MOT so I am very happy. I would 100% use this mechanic again!

Shammy, contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm everything was on target. The team arrived and were done within 30 minutes. Both were polite and professional. I did lose some coolant during the work which now needs topping up, but that was due to the car having been in transit just before the work was undertaken.

I didn’t meet the Machinic as my car was picked up and then delivered back to my house.
Spoke to him on the phone as he rang to let me know all worked carried out and my car was on the way back to me.

Shamshad was very professional. He text me to confirm the job was still on and text me again to let me know he was 10mins away and was well within the 2 hour period. He was very polite, told me it would be on 5-10 mins to change my car battery which it was. Would recommend him and definitely use again if the need arises.

The work done was fine, only changed a car battery, so not much to go on. The appointment was 8-10 didn't but didn't hear anything from the garage until just after 10, when they phoned me to say the were waiting on the parts and that as soon as they had them they would be out. I asked what time I could expect them and was told the part would be with them by 2 and they would come after that. At 2:50, mechanic arrived and fitted the battery, which was fine, however upon starting the car there were numerous errors on my dashboard which I was concerned about, however the mechanic didn't appear to speak any English so I couldn't discuss these errors with him. Luckily after driving the car, these errors disappeared, but i didn't like not being able to discuss the issues with the mechanic.

On the whole, I'm disappointed with the overall experience and am under if I'd use the service again. Read more
