Shamshad was a friendly guy who kept me in the loop and delivered on his word. Where an unexpected problem cropped up, he took it upon himself to correct it and bore the costs. I would happily trust him with my vehicle again.

It's very hard to rate quality just after the job being done. Punctuality is something where they have to improve on - I asked what time they arrive, they said 9am. They arrived before 8am. Communication - they didn't introduce themselves just asked for keys, so could be any stranger I gave my car keys to when being still sleepy. Then they confused me by telling that I have to replace a car battery which has been replaced to a brand new just a month ago. Of course I went to the service where it's been checked and no faults have been found. A new alternator costs £90-£120, they charged £342 (hopefully at least not for a refurbished one). Not complaining about the total price as it was my choice to appoint them for this work, just thought (until received the receipt) they are taking much more for their labour. It could be that the pricing is more related to someone administering the Clickmechanic website. Not quite convinced if it's completely legal to overprice items to such extent.
