James was booked in to do my front pads on my truck. Unfortunately on the afternoon of the job my brakes seized. I contacted James to tell him I was being recovered and I would miss the appointment and he was very understanding and said he’d get round the next day to assess the damage. He then called to say what needed to be done and completed the job. Communication was excellent and the finished job fantastic. I would highly recommend James and will definitely use him in future. Very pleased.
