James was friendly and inspired confidence that my car would be safe in his hands. His first task was to take the car to be MOT tested. I was a little worried when he told me that the MOT would be carried out at an unknown garage in Watford, over 13 miles away, but fortunately it passed the MOT and he eventually returned. He then set about his part of the work, (1) a "full service" and (2) drain and refill the cooling system. To avoid damage to my driveway (due to jacks and possible fluid leakage) he carried out the work in the road. Fortunately I live in a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking space and it was a sunny day.
