Arrived on time, with communication. There was a problem with the replacement part ordered which meant it could not be used. James went out of his way increasing his overall time, to go and get a replacement.

James arraived on time and worked very hard for completing the job. As the problem is too difficult, he took much longer time than original estimate (more than two hours). After he finished, he also helped to start the car for checking it and making sure it working well. Now the car is working.
