Wayne was terrific arrived early and completed the job in thirty minutes. Will never visit a garage again

Wayne kept me constantly updated from me booking to the works being complete. I would definitely reckon him to my family and friends.

Wayne came to fit full set of glow plugs. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Just under an hour to fit.

I would not go to garage anymore!!! I highly recommend Wayne, very friendly and knowledgeable to his craft. He completed the job for 30 minutes(both rear brake disk and pad replacement).

Wayne was fantastic, friendly and just cracked on with the job, a brake pad and disc change. Weather was not good, he did not complain and just got on with it. He explained what he had done and the car is back on the road. Superb service, very efficient, cannot ask for more.

Wayne was really friendly. Explained everything fully as he progressed, a real fount of knowledge. On removing the rear wheels he noticed that my rear tyres needed attention. I was gobsmacked at how bad they both were. Thank you Wayne.

Wayne was misleading. I asked him to fit a wing mirror, he fitted it, took payment and then after 10 minutes driving it fell off! I understand mistakes happen so I phoned Wayne for a refund where he became defensive and hostile and refused the refund saying “there was now way I would get a refund, he wasn’t going to waste his time and money giving me a refund and that click mechanic would back him all the way” - it was quite unpleasant to be honest.

I’m now having to go through a drawn out complaints procedure to try and get my money back because he still holds that he has done nothing wrong. It’s cost me time and money and I still haven’t got my wing mirror sorted!

I now hold the view that he understood from the start that the work he was offering me was not sufficient for my needs and instead of advising me correctly, he took advantage of my lack of knowledge to avoid the inconvenience of an unproductive call out. Allowing him to make a quick £100. (£45 for the mirror £57 for labour!?)

This experience has been everything a non-car person dreads when having to deal with mechanics. I was taken advantage of and misled. I have no wing mirror yet have £102 on my bank statement going out to “Wayne Mitchell”.
